Frequently Asked Questions

Most businesses see ROI in their first week. If you serve just 20 waiting customers a day and Bzz helps you upsell one of them a high-margin item (like a coffee, side, or product), you've paid for your monthly subscription in just a few days. Everything after that is pure profit.
Absolutely. Even with low volume, Bzz transforms 'dead time' into an active marketing channel. A customer waiting for 10 minutes is a captive audience. By showcasing your Instagram feed or special offers on their phone, you're building brand loyalty and ensuring they come back—which is much more valuable than a one-time transaction.
Buzzer Mode is for immediate handovers (like takeout or a fast-food counter)—customers get a reference number and wait for it to be 'called'. Queue Mode is for managed turn-taking (like a salon or sit-down restaurant)—it tracks the order of arrivals and gives customers a sense of where they are in line. Both modes allow you to promote your business while they wait.
If you want customers to know exactly how many people are ahead of them, go with Queue Mode. If you just want to give them a digital ticket and buzz them when their order is ready (regardless of arrival order), choose Buzzer Mode. You can switch between them anytime in your settings.
Concurrent active buzzers are the number of customers currently in your system (not yet marked as ready). Once a buzzer is marked as ready or cancelled, it no longer counts toward your limit. This means you can serve hundreds of customers per day even on even our Standard plan, as long as you don't have more than 10 waiting at any single moment.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges so you never pay for more than you use.
No. All Bzz plans are month-to-month. You're never locked in, and you can cancel anytime with zero penalties or hidden fees. We want you to stay because Bzz grows your business, not because of a contract.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, the world's most secure and trusted payment processor.
We've got you covered. For high-volume businesses or chains, we offer custom enterprise plans with unlimited capacity and priority support. Contact us at info@bzz-app.com for a custom quote.
