Retekess TD175 Pager Not Working? Pair or Add Pagers
On the TD175 and TD175P, pairing a pager and adding a new one are the same job. You enter pairing mode from the keypad, then have 10 seconds per pager.
Pair (or add) a TD175 pager

Press Set
The display shows F1.

Press Call to enter pairing mode
The charging lights on the pagers go off, other lights come on, and the display shows 000.

Take one pager out of its slot
Then, within 10 seconds, type its number (1–998).

Press Call to confirm
The pager beeps: it is paired. Repeat steps 3–4 for the next pager.

Press Back twice to leave setting mode
Call each pager once to check its number.
999 is reserved for switching the pagers off, which is why pager numbers stop at 998.

Set the keypad (transmitter) ID
Useful if you run more than one keypad, or a neighbour's system is setting your pagers off.
1.Press Set
F1 shows on the display.
2.Press the △ key three times
F4 shows on the display.
3.Press Call to open it
Type the ID (1–999) and press Call to confirm.
Turn every pager off
In call mode (display at 000), enter 999 and press Call. All docked pagers switch off. The charging lights go out for 5 seconds, then come back on to show charging.
Symptom → likely fix
- Pager didn't pair
- You have 10 seconds after lifting it. Lift, type the number, press Call.
- Can't give a pager number 999
- 999 is the all-off code. Use 1–998.
- Pagers go off when another keypad is used
- Give each keypad its own ID: Set, △ three times (F4), Call, ID, Call.
- Pager lights went out after 999
- Normal: they switch off, then the charging lights return after 5 seconds.
